For emergency repairs we operate a 24-hour repair line. Please contact 01952 588 807 anytime and you will be directed to our out of hours service if the office is closed.

Examples of emergency repairs are:

• Complete breakdown of heating system (no heat)
• Major structural damage, including leaking roof
• Complete breakdown of electrical services (no lights or no power)
• Leaks from plumbing that cannot be contained, e.g. a burst water storage tank

• Blocked toilet where only one toilet exists in the dwelling
